Every product we sell meets strict food safety standards and is confirmed to be BPA-free before it is added to our catalog, in line with the public commitments we share with all our customers. However, minor, unavoidable discrepancies may very rarely appear, including slight differences between the actual product color and the color displayed on your device screen, as different display panels and screen settings can produce varying color representations. We do not warrant that the product descriptions or other related content on our site are 100% error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any accidental typographical, pricing or specification mistakes on our platform at any time, even after an order has been submitted.
All product prices displayed on www.baglbmex.com are denominated in Euros as the standard reference currency, and all applicable local Mexican taxes and duties are already included in the listed product prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior public notice, at our sole business discretion. Once you successfully complete the payment for a valid order, the price locked in for that specific order will not be adjusted retroactively, even if the price of that corresponding product is updated on our website at a later date.
All product inventory and availability information displayed on our site is updated in real time, but we cannot guarantee that every product will always be in stock at the exact moment you submit your order. If a product you have paid for is found to be unexpectedly out of stock after your order processing starts, our customer support team will contact you within 2 working days to offer you the option of waiting for the next restock of the item, selecting an equivalent replacement product of matching value from our catalog, or arranging to process a resolution in line with our published Refund and Returns Policy.
4. Order Acceptance and Payment Terms

Please note that this submission does not immediately constitute our formal acceptance of your order. You are fully responsible for providing a complete, accurate and valid delivery address that includes all required details including full street name, exterior and interior number, correct postal code, and an active local contact phone number that our courier partners can reach you on. Any delivery issues, delays, failed delivery attempts or extra re-shipping costs that arise because you provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address are your sole responsibility, and we will not be held liable for any resulting extra fees or delivery disruptions.
You agree to cooperate with the courier team to arrange a convenient time to receive your shipment, and you acknowledge that up to 3 separate delivery attempts will be made if no one is available to sign for the package at the first delivery visit. You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery, and notify our support team within the required time frame if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item. We will arrange a free replacement quickly for all verified damaged orders, as per our public service commitments.
6. Returns, Replacements and No Standalone Refund Rule
All post-purchase return and resolution arrangements are fully governed by our official published Refund and Returns Policy, which is formally integrated into this Terms of Service agreement. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that we do not offer any standalone pure monetary refunds for completed delivered orders under almost all circumstances. All valid eligible return requests that meet our 30-day unopened unused return criteria will be processed with product replacement as the sole standard resolution, no partial or full monetary refund will be issued unless for the extremely rare scenario where the product you receive is permanently out of stock globally and no equivalent replacement can be provided.
You confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this no pure refund rule before completing your first purchase on our platform.
